File a Complaint
What complaints does the NBBA accept?
Disputes that relate to customer issues experienced with the services or products a business provides.
A customer complaint highlights a problem, whether that’s a problem with your product, service, employees or internal processes, and by hearing these problems from your customers, you can investigate and improve to prevent further complaints in the future.
Furthermore, research finds that customers’ whose complaints are handled quickly can often turn into loyal customers and even brand advocates. As the NBBA steps into action, we become the liaison between consumers and businesses.
Simply put, a customer complaint can become very profitable when you can resolve their problem.
Our goal is to ensure that consumers have us as their voice when theirs is not heard and we will take action against those businesses that refuse to address consumers complaints including lower ratings and in some cases losing accreditation. Consumers may also leave a low star rating on businesses if they don’t resolve their issues in a timely manner. submit your complaint to firstname.lastname@example.org
